All-Dry of Ohio specializes in Ohio
basement water proofing. We urge people to take preventative waterproofing measures that reduce the possibility
of larger problems such as mold, which requires Ohio basement mold removal services. Among our basement waterproofing services,
we offer a sub-slab system. Continue reading below for more information about Dayton basement waterproofing
and our Sub-Slab System, or contact us to learn even more.
Sub-Slab Waterproof System
"Sub-Slab" is
an 8 to 14 inch section of concrete from your basement floor that is removed along the perimeter wall, where the problem
commonly starts. Digging a trench and removing dirt, gravel,
etc. is next. Then, we install a high crush level PVC perforated pipe around the entire perimeter in the trench.
Finally, we bury that pipe in gravel and direct it to a sump pump to complete the piping process. A shield strip installed along the wall, replacing the concrete is the the last
procedure. The sump pump then pumps the water back to the exterior, where it can be lead away from the house to ensure that
you will have a waterproof basement.
